In this section, we are going to talk about two platforms of content dedicated to documents: SlideShare and Scribd. We can upload corporate documents onto this type of platform that may be published, for example:

| Presentations
| Catalogs
| Guides
| Manuals …

There are other similar platforms, for example: Issuuslide, but these two are the main ones.

Personalizing the Profiles

It is important, as was already mentioned in other sections, to personalize profiles on these content networks in order for them to be recognizable, providing a corporate image of the Company or of the delegation. As an example, here we show the ULMA Group profile on SlideShare:

Both on SlideShare and on Scribd, we recommend you provide the following content:

| Profile picture, with the logo of the Company or delegation.
| Name of the Company or delegation.
| Description of the Company or delegation..
| Website address of the Company or delegation.

We also recommend that the username of the profiles coincides with the one that is used on other profiles that the Company has on other social networks. For example, in the case of ULMA Group, the username both on SlideShare and on Scribd is GrupoULMA. This  username is also present on the profile addresses:

| http://es.scribd.com/GrupoULMA

| Recommendations for Content Management

On these types of platforms, it is important that we indicate information about the content of the document by configuring it to allow search engines on the platforms themselves (SlideShare, Scribd…) and the general search engines (Google, Bing…) to correctly link our documents.

In the case of SlideShare, it is important to provide appropriate information about each document in the following fields, to increase their visibility on search engines:

| Title (required)
| Description
| Tags

We recommend inserting keywords in the fields that are related to the document and are important for the Company or delegation, taking into account how Internet users may search for content similar to what we offer. On SlideShare, this information is provided from the configuration of each presentation, as seen in the image:

And in the case of Scribd, it is very similar:

Additionally, on Scribd, collections of our documents can be created that are coherent with our Companies’ product lines, for example. In this way, we can enable our users to access our documents. In the image, we show the collections configured on the ULMA Construcción profile:
